I live in Canada and I had someone in uk to order the flowers for a funeral for me. I got a email with all the detail but unfortunately I got the deceased name wrong I emailed to correct this and also if the flowers could be delivered earlier The florist replied straight away and corrected my error and delivered the flowers the day before. I am extremely happy the way every thing went. I got first class service, thank you
